For now, not great. It's annoying to have 99% of my feed taken up by posts like this one. I don't care about Lemmy, reddit, or any other related sites. I'd like to just find some actual content thanks.
I feel the same. I've been able to get some actual content by subscribing to some relevant channels, but it's true that it's annoying. However, I feel like this is something that needs to pass so I simply up/downvote them and refresh the feed so that they dissappear (hide/show read posts in the options of your instance)
Did you try sorting by hot? In my case it works much better and shows different results that are more diverse.
Maybe you'd like some other communities that aren't !asklemmy then? If you're looking for a specific ones to join or just want some of the top communities you should try the Lemmy Community Browser. Other than that all I can say is to be active wherever you are so that you can mold the experience in what you want it to be.
