I recently watched it. The

spoiler

"moon" scene happens very early, while the main character is still extremely creepy. Bullies are vastly more likely to commit partner violence: https://jamanetwork.com/journals/jamapediatrics/article-abstract/1107602 The idea that bad-boys can be fixed by a loving girlfriend or wife, is toxic.

The psychotic girl is allowed to hang around almost all the time, by everyone, even after the video.
