Before he died, he did say it was one of his biggest regrets.

His #1 regret was not being a bigger douchebag which according to many experts was already an impossible feat.
The only way you could have been a bigger asshole is if he were still alive today to be kissing Trump's arse, because he 100% would have been doing so.
