So is the brain worm pro- or anti-vaccine? Did it change its mine? Or maybe there are multiple brain worms locked in a battle royale in that depraved, mostly empty skull of his?

there is an angel worm and a devil worm in constant argument, the devil one ate most of the brain, thus stronger and louder
