Ontario works is barely a stopgap between people and poverty when legitimate disabilities are going undiagnosed and without care because of the lack of doctors. In Ontario, you need a doctor to get on long term disability.
Over and over again we see studies that support how increased funding for social programs are better for people, healthcare, communities and local economies.
