Fake. I am an Apple Support Specialist and I know it's not from Apple Support. But it seems as your Apple ID has been used for suspicious transactions. Just send me your card information and I'll sort it out. Please also send me your full name, address, date of birth, social security number, and your complete DNA sequence.
