Hero Shooter: Team Fortress 2, Deadlock
MOBA: Deadlock
Bullet Hell: Assault Android Cactus, but I think this is a stretch. I have been playing an orthodox bullet hell recently, but not on Steam!

I've had a similar experience with other games in the genre. A few interest me, but not all of them. I'm overall pretty tired of seeing them on Steam.
