This remembers me of the possibility of him buying TikTok and renaming it to "X Vídeos". What are the odds of such a tragicomedy to happen?
That would be hilarious
I live in some hope that he renames his holding company "XCOM" so that it can join the likes of Skynet in making our childhoods real..
But xcom were supposed to be the good ones. Have we been lied all this time?
I think it could happen. As soon as he's in the government, they will decide that TikTok is illegal, and he'll either launch the clone or buy the US version from them.
I actually believe it's more likely than not.
Then the propaganda machine will include both Twitter and TikTok. You'll probably never see a fair election again in the US.
Wait didn't they already decide TikTok was illegal? I thought that ban was taking effect soon
AFAIK it's only banned for government officials and maybe their family.

I've seen popular social media get banned. Again and again. It doesn't really lead to local alternatives gaining traction, it just leads to even a gramma knowing what a VPN is.
