Anime characters that, given half a good reason, could and would, kill you.

  1. Posts must feature anime characters known for their murderous ferocity, holding weapons, or expressing malice. Characters do not necessarily need to have a canon bodycount, or be portrayed with murderous intent in the given piece.
  2. No depictions of murder or excessive violence, the point is to appreciate the character and their readiness to fight, not any gore they perpetrate.
  3. If posting a more suggestive piece, or one with simply a lot of skin, consider still marking it nsfw.
  4. Include a link to the artist in post body, if you can.
  5. AI Generated content is not allowed.
  6. Positivity only. No shitting on the art, the artists, or the fans of the art/artist.
  7. Finally, all rules of the parent instance still apply, of course.

SauceNao can be used to effectively reverse search the creator of a piece, if you do not know it.

You may also leave the post body blank or mention @saucechan@ani.social, in which case the bot will attempt to find and provide the source in a comment.

This time I added the image directly to the post. The other times it was a Link-Post with the URL of the image.

PS: Glad I found something nice. You are such a big part of these communities and I want to give at least a bit back :)

That shouldn't matter. All posts are technically link posts with a url. When you upload an image "directly" that just means the images gets hosted by the image-rs server running on your home instance, but the post works exactly the same way. (You can see this by how the image upload changes into a url once done. You can still edit it and use a different one, or copy it, and use it somewhere else.)

You probably just got lucky, worlds current federation issues seem randomly intermittent.

That's exactly what I'm trying to inspire. My entire reason behind the effort is that I want MORE, preferably stuff I haven't seen :D
