I'm so conflicted right now. I guess shit stains can say the right thing once in awhile.

They are both posturing. Ford is an excellent politician (though poor at providing governance) and he's smarter than you. He knows tariffs are not Trump's end game. They both get to act tough and then Trump tries to renegotiate the trade agreement again.
