Does Lemmy implement a spoiler mode for images? Or perhaps it can be implemented with a custom CSS?

No. We need to wait for someone or write it ourselves.

From my testing mobile web is the worst for spoilers, jeroba dosn't load image previews, and desktop is kinda all right.

at least separate spoiler communities makes up for it
