Linux is a family of open source Unix-like operating systems based on the Linux kernel, an operating system kernel first released on September 17, 1991 by Linus Torvalds. Linux is typically packaged in a Linux distribution (or distro for short).
Distributions include the Linux kernel and supporting system software and libraries, many of which are provided by the GNU Project. Many Linux distributions use the word "Linux" in their name, but the Free Software Foundation uses the name GNU/Linux to emphasize the importance of GNU software, causing some controversy.

I thought so. I am really excited to see what comes next.
I hope they fix redstone and other interactive stuff like doors. They do get stuck and redstone gets reset very often.
That's not Minetest. That's just on game running on the Minetest engine. There are tons of games and mods. The Minetest development team doesn't necessarily make mods.
I believe it's an issue with the tick system (internal clock) being done completely wrong. I doubt it's the mod's issue.
I don't think so as Redstone is just a mod. Also other mods don't have issues
Then how about doors?
What game are you talking about? Voxelibre?
That and another one. Minetest game itself probably has it too but I don't remember. You should have a pretty underpowered machine for it to be very noticeable and annoying.
I believe it is the implementation of the tick system in Mesecons (which VoxeLibre redstone is based on) that is the issue, and I agree it makes it nearly useless. It is absolutely an issue with the mod, not the engine, but would probably require a big rewrite of the mod to fix (not that I'm familiar with the actual implementation of mesecons).
