For games on Nintendo Switch that offer both a physical and digital option, the split is 63% physical. This excludes digital only games of course. This isn't the trend on other systems. Interesting.

I think a big difference here is you can actually play the game off the cart. I’m less motivated to buy a PlayStation game on disc if it’s going to make me install it to the drive anyway.
