Training for boxing every weekend, very good. Doing actual boxing and getting repeatedly hit in the head every weekend, not exactly the most senior friendly activity.

well i wear a mouthguard and headgear. Still it wakes you up.

Sure, like you do you, be happy. Just saying that no amount of protection will avoid long term injury if you train every weekend. Some boxers have still sustained concussions and other brain trauma while training in full protection gear. Be careful.
