It's on the notification itself, not specifically on the lock screen.
Here, I just got a weather notification, and this is in the bottom right corner of it:
Huh, there's a "mute" option for me there, and when I select it, it takes me to the app and I can temporarily mute contacts (but no snooze/reminder).
it may also look like the YouTube bell, not every app supports it though, usually it's only apps that give you an ability to do something, but it's not accessed by hold pressing it, you click the little arrow to the right of the notice and then it appears
Weird. Maybe it's one of those things that they try out early on certain devices, but I've been using it for a while.
