A "Showerthought" is a simple term used to describe the thoughts that pop into your head while you're doing everyday things like taking a shower, driving, or just daydreaming. The best ones are thoughts that many people can relate to and they find something funny or interesting in regular stuff.

If someone spends the time to fake an orgasm to make me feel good then they are pretty cool.
Sure, sounds good in the short term. Probably better in the long term to be honest and figure out something that lets everyone to have an orgasm though.
And lets people give orgasms. Someone who fakes an orgasm robs their partner of the opportunity to give orgasms.

This assumes that the person faking it expects continued interaction and/or safety. Women often fake it with flings when they simply want things to finish and don’t want to have an awkward conversation with the person they never intend to see again. They also fake it to avoid confrontation due to perceived emasculation.
Now, if you feel safe in your non-transient relationship, this is literally the best advice in the world.
