Seems a capable leader and tough negotiatior, afaik. Also quite a bit younger that the usual old farts.

Hm, the article linked is really short. All I read elsewhere was "pro-business liberal". Which worries me a bit.

The high representative office is probably the least damaging place to put a neo-liberal in the European Commission.
