so I started to see stuff on O&O ShutUp10++ that help disable most intrusive windows features, but it's closed sorce, wondering if they are any open source alternatives? Shutup10 ++

Negative. Some games are outright blocking Linux for whatever reason or another.

Yeah that's about a piece of shit publisher, absolutely no technical reason behind that decision. BattlEye even runs on Linux and provides native integration with Linux and the Windows version even runs on Proton. But Bungie execs are outright assholes who mandated a ban on Linux and Valve's Steam Deck.
