Hannalore gets a very good from the Ferdinand. She is one of the few to ever receive praise from him.
I strongly suspect that was more of a political move, to show their good relations with Dunkelfelger, than actually being impressed with her performance. Not that she didn't earn it, but this is Ferdinand we're talking about here. :P
IMHO Ferdinand is often more impressed than he lets on, he just tends to avoid telling the person.
