Why should the robocall be mysterious? Customers should be able to trace back the call to the initiators

You can set whatever CSID you want on an ISDN trunk set. Past that, you would need to get the police to care enough to force the phone co to look it up, which is pretty unlikely.

Try it and report back. Spoofing numbers is a big issue. Telecoms don't actually care
