Apple resumes Apple Watch sales after ban is paused.::Apple is selling the Apple Watch Series 9 and Apple Watch Ultra 2 again after a federal appeals court temporarily paused the sales and import bans.

This is quite common in patent infringement cases and isn’t something granted to Apple because they’re Apple.

This happened at a company I used to work and that only had ~$10M turnover.
