Just curious how Diablo 4 / battle.net performs after installation on the Steam Deck. Do I have to fiddle with settings after every update or once I go through the setup steps am I good to go?

I didn't have to mess with anything once everything was installed. Plays decently, no hitches or slowdowns. Just don't bother with the high texture download. Hit level 30 so far.

Yeah. Agree fully with this guy. Once it’s setup it works. And with everything on low you get 60 fps.
