On my iOS device I use Apple Maps. Like the way the apps is designed and presented and back when I compared to Google, I also prefer some of the differences in how turn by turn directions were given.

I find the data where I am in Australia to be good and haven’t really had the quality issues some regions have in that respect.

Long time Siri integration has also been important for me for setting directions while driving. Don’t have CarPlay, so having the standard Siri assistant play well with the maps app while hands free is essential.

I’ll fall back to Google sometimes for Street view or on a PC, business lookup and details.
