I wouldn't care if they just owned it. Porn sites exist. If twitch wants porn on the platform then have an nsfw section. The current state with hot tub streams and body painting streams and people trying to opportunistically get away with as much as they can while pretending it's sfw is sad. If you want nsfw stuff, fine, but don't pretend that it's something it's not.
