Parents have stopped sending their children to public schools in several townships of Yangon after the regime started stationing troops at schools again last week.

If you're in a position like that you cannot chill. You either cling to power at all cost or you're going to end up getting beaten to death in a ditch. No in between. I really hope it's the latter for those bastards.
