Meinem Verständnis nach, und wenn ich die Dokumentation richtig verstehe, musst du fürs Instanzen förderieren mit den aktuell vorliegenden Einstellungen als Nutzer nichts machen. Wenn sie nicht geblockt sind, sind sie verfügbar.
