I love this game so much, but after spending probably a month on and off burning Kalameet's moveset into my very soul... I think I'm taking a break from more challenge runs lol.

So after my previous post asking for guidance on where to go, I headed down to the depths. Got pretty good at clearing it and learning the general layout, so I thought I was the sh*t. Then killed the Gaping Dragon first try, which didn't help my ego. I didn't think of getting back to the bonfire before proceeding to Blighttown in my excitement. Long story short, before getting to the first Blighttown bonfire on one of my runs I got cursed and then proceeded to lose all 38k or so of my souls in Blighttown '_'

Sad part is I have the ring that breaks on use but you keep your stuff, I just didn't equip it.

I'll know for next time I guess :)

Hey guys, so after a long break due to a mix of building a new PC, exams, work, and a bunch of other stuff I am finally going back to try and complete my first ever Dark Souls 1 playthrough. Problem is, I'm a bit lost on what I was doing. I have a checklist in my note app for each boss I've killed, so maybe someone could guide me on what I should probably be doing based on that:

• Asylum demon
• Bell gargoyles
• Taurus demon
• Capra demon
• Moonlight butterfly

These have all been defeated.

Then as I'm leaving the room I held the sprint button too long and ran right off the top of the stairs to my death right in front of her.

This is one of my favorite things that the Reddit Dark Souls community does. I know right now there's only a handful of people in this community but hopefully it grows and we can keep the tradition going.
