"A Palestinian man who led protests against the war in Gaza as a student at Columbia University was arrested Monday at a Vermont immigration office where he expected to be interviewed about finalizing his U.S. citizenship, his attorneys said.

Mohsen Mahdawi, a legal permanent resident who has held a green card since 2015, was detained at the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services office in Colchester by Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents, his lawyers said. "

In an act of political terrorism, they were kidnapped.

Kidnapped, not arrested. Kidnapped by the American Stasi. Mohsen Mahdawi was kidnapped by the American version of the Stasi known as ICE.

The attorneys said they do not know where he is. They filed a petition in federal court seeking an order barring the government from removing him from the state or country.

They'll try to ship him (if they haven't already) to the prison from which no one ever returns, according to the president of El Salvador and the prison's director. How can you keep shipping more and more prisoners into a camp without ever releasing a prisoner? Maybe they already have a "final solution". It's all feeling very much like Nazi Germany.

Weird how conservatives with a hate boner for feds are so silent. Who could have guessed they're all bark and no bite?

Want to scare the shit out of conservatives and these illegal feds? Buy a gun and learn to use it. An armed public is a safer public. Remember it took black folks arming and protecting their own for the Republicans to attempt any gun restrictions.

It was never about big government versus small government. Big government was only a problem when it benefitted the "wrong" people.

It's all right cause they ain't white.

Plenty of white leftish folks don't own guns. If they and every other minority were packing, fascists would be saying, "it's alright cause they ain't Right."

I meant that the deportees to the tropical gulag aren't white so the conservatives have nothing to protest.

My bad, I didn't mean to diminish your point. I mostly meant to say, when we're armed and protective of our neighbors, the feds are less emboldened.

I would never count on conservatives to be an ally. They'll only start caring once their wallets are affected.

And these are probably only the cases you're hearing about.
