Yup. Playing the American or Conservative game isn’t going to help the Liberals.

If they want more votes, they should be looking at the NDP platform and figuring out how to be more attractive to that demographic, not by attempting to besmirch Conservatives to moderate voters.

Most of my family, including my Octogenarian parents, are die-hard NDP voters. We have always recognized the sky-high value of good socialist policies that directly benefit the working class that produce 99% of all economic output, but get only a fraction of that back as wages.

The problem here is that in this election, the choice comes down to picking a globalist, or becoming the 51st state.

And I don’t want to become the 51st state. So I am doing my best to ensure that PeePee doesn’t win. Trump’s lapdog is nothing more than a rage-farmer, gleefully pointing out what is wrong and who is to blame, but providing absolutely no effective solutions that actually help the working class. And when push comes to shove, he will roll over and open the gates to a Trump occupation of Canada.

We would love to still vote NDP, but the stakes are just far too high, so we’re voting for the “less evil” option in the Liberals.

NDP is pretty good. But my parents in their 60's will never vote them.

My dad is 69 this year and has voted for the NDP every single vote he's been eligible for. It's not as much of a generational game as you'd think.

Now I just have to convince him to vote strategically this year unfortunately.

If liberals want NDP votes they can shift left instead of holding center

Enough NDP voters' second choice is the CPC that the Liberals are doing the things to attract that demographic. Look at the polling right now. The only people stumping for the NDP are the ones who will walk over toxic broken glass to vote against the Liberals.

"If I can't have something beneficial for Canadians, then I vote full-on Skinny-Trump" ?

Was watching cbc last night and saw a good bit where they investigate con and lib crowd number claims.

Liberals claimed 2,000 in a 1,100 capacity room, and a crowd science expert counted 756.
Conservatives claimed 5,500, and the cbc counted 1,522.
Cons also claimed 15,000; expert counted 1,772.
