Israel's missile defense system successfully intercepted a Yemeni ballistic missile early Thursday, but the operation's debris caused significant damage to an elementary school in central Israel, forcing its immediate closure and highlighting the expanding reach of regional conflicts.

The incident in Ramat Gan occurred at 2:47 a.m. when interceptor fragments struck the school's main building.

Yeah this tactic is widely done on both sides, that's why It was obnoxious when people bitched about how they're hiding in civilian targets so is really couldn't get to them and I'm just thinking that's exactly what Israel is doing as well. Hell if I recall correctly isn't Israel the one that set up a literal makeshift boot camp inside of a hospital?
