Everybody uses Arch btw, can't quit Vim, <loves/tolerates/hates> systemd, and wants to interject for a moment. You can stop now.

I'm not familiar with Mint and I only installed Fedora twice/on two baremetal PCs ... but how much easier can you go compared to Debian?
Is it like a cleaner UI or more preinstalled essentials?
