I have been using Voyager for lemmy.world. which is a progressive web app you can install to your phones homescreen. It is still is using the browsers engine for javascript, but it behaves as if it was a mobile app.

Switching between Thunder, Connect, and Summit.

Another vote for liftoff. Has been great for me since I installed it.

I really enjoy the double action swiping to up/down vote or to favorite/reply. Also, you can save your favorite default filter for the main feed.

Connect for the time being, its not bad at all, I'll feel a little bad leaving it for Sync

I tried wefwef (now Voyager) but was annoyed by its account/instance selector I'm now using Liftoff, it's quite usable despite its meh design

I may be new to the fediverse, but I’ve found kbin more visually pleasing than native lemmy website. That’s on desktop, on mobile, since there’s no native kbin app yet, I’ve added kbin as a WebApp to my Home Screen. I’ve heard good thing about Liftoff too.

Thunder

I keep going back and forth between Voyager (buggy) and Memmy (missing features).

If scrolling was fixed (iOS) and images stopped partially loading in Voyager, I would stick with that.

If Memmy supported favorites (without subscribing to a community), then I'd probably stick with that.

Primarily Memmy for iOS.

Voyager is nice too though on iOS. Connect on Android is nice also.

App Memmy = image handeling is a bit buggy. Web wefwef/Voyager = has a freezing issue.

I tried quite a few: Jerboa, wefwef, Thunder, Liftoff, browser (Brave)

Ultimately chose Connect which functions great and has some good customizations I appreciate

Patiently waiting for Sync

Right now in firefox on a laptop. But I mainly use the Connect app. And will definately check out Sync when it releases.

Jerboa on mobile until Sync is ready. Nothing at all on desktop!

I am writing this on Connect. Mostly works, but about one in 5 comments fails due to "wrong language". I haven't yet found any option of even setting comment language, so I guess it's autodetecting and failing at that.

I also miss Sync's filtering capabilities.

Kbin PWA on Firefox on Android. Was using Chrome but it won't let me log in any more, invalid CSRF error.

Summit for Lemmy

through Jibby Jammy from f-droid, it's pretty awesome.

I’m using Bean and love it! I was using Memmy, and I still swap back and forth, but Bean has a real Apollo feel.

I am using Jerboa and Wefwef.

Can't really decide which one I like more.

But I am hoping to switch to Sync fully once that's out.

Using m.lemmy.world as a firefox web app. I guess that's basically voyager nowadays. Working great! For the times when I can't stand the ios gui I use jerboa.
