The first time I saw my wife with makeup was our wedding day. Since then at most once every few months for work and then only maybe eye shadow and lipstick. Safe to say I prefer no makeup. Let the natural beauty shine on its own!

I've never really thought makeup made anyone look better. Even stage makeup makes people look worse than just being au natural.

Anyone that says makeup doesn't make people look more attractive is lying and disrespectful of the skill it uses.

Whether you're okay with them saving their time is a different discussion.

Makes no difference really

She always looks good but can look better with make-up

No makeup at all for me. I know that some women have a "no makeup" makeup, the kind where you say you don't have any but you actually do. I don't like that either. (she thought that I couldn't tell)

Anyone can look better with the right makeup, even me and I am AMAB, this was from last night. And anyone can look worse. But generally makeup feels fake, so less is more IMHO. But it's totally my partners' choice if they want to wear it or not. It's for them more than me.

make-up has its effect on a subconscious level
