Not only does it still exist, there are YouTubers and Twitch streamers who make a living on only DayZ content.

I've played it over the last 8 years and can honestly say it has improved a ton. It also has a lot more players and community servers these days, totally worth checking out again if you're looking for something to play.

Yes! I looked at the release notes more closely and noticed that they released the official stable Linux server. I had to try it and sure enough, it worked! I can finally ditch my windows servers and go all in running Debian.
