Only thing I don't like about it is the visual representation of the villain as a cleancut man with glasses and the good guy as a short haired chubby dude.

You know what a pedophile looks like? Literally anybody.

In a comic where there is one panel dedicated to the depiction of a nonce, who I agree could look like literally anybody, how would you have preferred the artist represent every type of person? Some sort of shifting miasma? A vague cloud? One of those stroke pictures where nothing is quite what it looks like? Michael Jackson's Black or White video?

I think there is a specific stereotype of creepy men with swept hair who wear glasses. Fun fact, Visual Acuity does not correlate with sex crimes. Clark Kent has never had allegations against him.
