There's The Pirate Bay, Zlib and a few i2p trackers. Probably a couple more. I don't know any other.

With that though, while it'd be super cool, most people would want to torrent also from tor/i2p and it'd be crippling to the network.

Looks like i2p torrenting is starting to become a thing. qBittorrent 4.6.0 is supposed to have native support for it.

Than we keep the site in the dark but the trackers on the clearnet. I was under the impression that it is a lot harder to take down trackers then a torrent index website is.

Keep the trackers on the clearnet but people should take care of use a VPN/Proxy for safety, and no CP sharing allowed.
