Because the idea that there are vegans and vegetarians is an implied accusation of guilt to people that eat meat and animal products that are the direct result of animal suffering. Some people that don't eat animal products might be militant or preachy, but I've never met one. In fact I have only ever met the inverse, people that constantly berate people for being vegan or vegetarian. Having been one myself, I can say that for me and people I know it is the same reason religious people hate atheists; their existence implies that people that eat meat are wrong and therefore bad people. Studies have confirmed this. Here is an article from the BBC that goes over some of the studies.

Relatively speaking

Because it's misleading at best. If you and I were racing and I moved at twice your speed for four hours it would be misleading to say you were outpacing me when you start moving faster than me for four minutes. Just because you are now faster than me you are still very far behind and therefore it makes no material difference how fast you are currently moving. American workers are still in a hole caused by stagnant wages and corporate price gouging that's lasted for decades.

Ironically he hates playing it because of all the extra rules, but loves creating characters because of all the extra rules. Writing that out I think I just realized if I take out BAB progression and replace it with proficiency bonuses and have multi attack rules just be 5e rules I think all his issues would evaporate.

I would be, but one of our friends has decided that 5e is the only system he wants to play, and we all love him too much to play without him. We don't hate 5e, we just don't love it.

Back in my day we got an extra attack at 6th, 11th, and 16th level, and each one was at a cumulative -5 penalty, AND WE LIKED IT!

And yet they invented the sticky toffee pudding. Two extremes

No, the optimal solution is to have a society where all the blood and sweat equity that has been put into the system by workers is finally repaid, and the capitalist leeches of the world are knocked off their thrones. Workers created the abundance that allowed the billionaires of the world to get fat while they let others starve, and only once that misappropriation of resources is ended can we fix the issues that the oligarchs have created.

My wife has a conversion disorder. Her NP said at the outset she thought it "was all in her head" which while a terrible choice of words she was on the right track, and she was the one that requested all the testing and specialists that eventually got us to an official diagnosis.

I understand that there is a huge problem with women and minority groups being under diagnosed and under treated especially in the US, but the blanket statement of "if your doctor says X, they're gaslighting you" is erroneous. Sometimes it may be a well meaning person that is having a bout of bad bedside manner.

Thank you for your service. This shows that legally neither of them owns the club, as with most rich people bullshit, and that Jr has been head of the corporation that owns it for some time.
