Home Alone 2 is worth it for Tim Curry's other iconic scene (the one aside from "SPACE!") when he twigs to who "Mr. McCallister" actually is and the light bulb literally goes on above his head.
He nails that exaggerated Grinchy smile too

I watch the first one, then I watch the action scenes from the sequels on YouTube

I always actually liked the second one better.
So do I. It ramped up the slapstick humor, which is the main reason most people watch the movies to begin with.
And they representation of florida is 100% accurate
Same! It captures the Christmas season really beautifully.
3 isn't so bad when you compare it to everything after it. The way Dumb and Dumberer: When Harry met Lloyd is great when compared to Dumb and Dumber 2, but not with Dumb and Dumber.
I always liked 3, I enjoyed the gags in it just as much as the other films.
its got Scarlet Johannsen in it as a early teenager sister.
Haven't watched any of them in a minute, but all I remember from the third and/or fourth was a kid with an RC car, and how it all seemed more like a bootleg version than a sequel.
The only thing canon about any of the other 4 sequels is that Buzz grows up to become a cop. He would.
I have to be honest, I saw it for the first time this year and really don't get the appeal.
It's kinda boring.
