“Pierre Poilievre supporters do not believe the polls,” The Pleb told his followers on April 9. “We believe the crowds.”

If it was up to the mob, they’d choose Barabbas.

Poilievre calls to form a new group:

Do You Believe 'Do You Believe The Polls' Is Us?

Then why were they allowed at PP's very tightly controlled press events? No one gets into those without being very carefully vetted.

Great, can’t wait for them to claim that anything controversial their supporters do is a false flag.

Wait so we're supposed to believe that Doug Ford isn't just ambivalent towards PP but is actively running an offence against him? LOL. I know it's not true but I almost hope it is .

Kory Teneycke, Ford's campaign manager, has been publicly critical of Poilievre's campaign.

Given Ford's history, and the timing of the last Ontario election, it wouldn't be surprising if he wants to make a run for PM. That would be much easier if he could run against a Liberal in 2029.

He would have to learn French (doesn't seem likely) and enter a FAR more competitive federal environment than the cushy job he currently has where a mostly apathetic Ontario electorate votes him in by default every few years. I just don't see it. Going from Ontario premiere with a steady stream of majority governments to a topping out as federal opposition leader is arguably a demotion.

I hope Doug Ford thinks Pierre Poilievre is too crude with his methods.

More projection, or just plain stupidity?

Enough of those dumb fucks have made loud, confrontational politics such a core part of their personality that they can't wrap their heads around the existence of people who don't agree with them and know better than to get dragged into arguments with them.

They all likely have friends, family, and coworkers who silently roll their eyes but don't engage every time they spout off some idiotic bullshit because it's just not worth pissing off babies who can't handle being disagreed with.

Because they never learned the art of politely disagreeing and moving on, they believe silence is consensus. With such an ignorant mindset, it's really not at all surprising that they think unfavourable polling must be fake. Rather than adjusting their worldview based on changing information, they dismiss any information that doesn't support their worldview.
