Since when is the exclusivity 3 years???
I think it depends on the game/publisher/contract/... ? Eurogamer says:
Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 1 + 2 coming to Steam after three years Epic exclusivity
But maybe it was a de facto exclusivity and not a contractually-enforced one?
Yeah, exclusivity in this context could mean either. Why must some languages be so fuzzy.

Timed exclusives suck. Thank goodness Valve don’t attempt that nonsense. I’d love to see Epic sales figures on how popular TH1+2 actually was and whether the exclusivity was worth it.
But does it have the original music?
It's barely the same game without the music, so I sure hope it does.
It should, I have it on PS4 and it does, with some additional tracks as well.

Yes, but Activision claims they are still up. And since their server status page says it's up they won't do anything about it
Took them long enough. I might pick this up on sale. Provided it works on Steam Deck though
