How do I get banned from OneDrive? Upload shit tons of garbage to clog their drives? I know they could probably add more space faster than I can upload but it would still make me happy to slowly feed them useless files that only take up space.

That's niave. You don't think words are spoken behind closed doors. All the paperwork is to cover their ass so they can point to it later when questions. Everything gets swept under the rug when you are hired to investigate the people who hired you.

I don't think these people work with enough people. I'm working with a few 60+ people and a few of them should've retired at 60.

Depends on the country. This wiki article goes over a bunch of countries. https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Arbitration_clause

I think it's to prevent you from being coerced to do something you shouldn't by threats to loved ones. If you are unattached you can't be blackmailed.

The article is talking about video call consultations with nurses. Read the article or argue the point.

Thanks. Still smaller than the power brick that came with the laptop.

I used the larger lid for a bit but found it a little large and I never used the suction support so I made a new lid without room for it.

Got another case print for you guys. Got an alternate charger for my laptop and I needed something to keep it safe in my bag. There's 2 variations on the lid.

As long you don't get hyper sensitive to the signs. You could end up overthinking any little sign when it could mean nothing.

My Druid in BG3 is the same. He used to cast like a normal druid, but now that I multiclassed Bard he plays a tune to cast any spell, including those I got from levelling his druid side.

This is such a bad take. Getting in to the apprenticeship doesn't gaurantee you work. You have to look at the market in your area to see if there is work for the trade you are going in to. Schools and job posting can give you hints on this. You may have to move where the jobs are. It's a reality.

That union runs on a seniority priority for job call outs. Not all unions go by this, the one I was a part of gave priority to those who worked least the last 365 days. Don't paint the whole system as a scam.

Also my union didn't have contracts for callouts. The companies asked for X amount of guys, they go out for the duration the project. If they like you and there's more work available then they keep you instead of sending you back on the out of work list. But that's the nature of construction, it's up and down and you never know if you have a job after completing a project.

Apprenticeships work the same for non-union, but you have to look for more work yourself if you get let go, same as any other job in the world.

Yeah. I got frustrated pretty quickly at them. I used it maybe 20 times before I gave up with the hassle it was to find the station I wanted again.

What material did you print this in? Sanding generates heat pretty easily and may soften some materials. I'm curious of your experience with that as you've given me some ideas for sanding jigs.

Designed by myself.

I designed these seed propagation trays to be 3d printable. It’s a common style that I took off of a product I’ve seen on Hoocho’s youtube channel. You can find the link to his channel on the printables page.

I printed this in clear PLA as you need some light for the seeds. I unfortunately haven’t been able to give these a test run as I am going out of town soon but I didn’t want to wait to post them.

Here is my first published print. It's 3D printable wire duct. Working in industrial environments I've always leaned toward using wire duct for wire management. I couldn't find any I liked so I set out to make my own.

I've published it on Printables. You can find more details there about the print. I'd appreciate any feedback you can give me.

As the title says. I'm new to 3d printing and I'm looking for tips on how make two parts fit together nicely. I've read 0.4mm clearance between the two parts modelled together is a nice rule of thumb.
