For one, thinking that the current president is a mass murderer. His choice in supporting Israël is... Not good. But I value human lives so any choice to join a war or genocide or something is bad in my eyes.

Second ... I mean, zionazi? Really? You don't even know what both words apart mean, clearly.

Third. Even if it was all true, you are still just screaming nonsense. Nobody takes you seriously in that state. What are you trying to prove?

I'm just living life now. Born too late too make a change. Ofcourse a certain group of people may need to be held accountable, but they won't. We, the people, will. Nothing will change. I'm so depressed reading this. I wanted kids. I'm afraid to give them life knowing what disasters may come. I wanted to become a grandfather one day, if lucky enough. Yet all I do is feel like I won't even make a grandfatherly age.

Older family members think I'm crazy for believing we're facing a disaster. They say things like: "every generation has its disaster story". Maybe they know, but can't comprehend what's happening. It's this same process of thinking " it's not that bad" that got us here in just a few hundred years. Yet still here we are. Facing possibly the end of life as we've known it.

Why do we not follow the scientists in their studies instead of politicians blaming everyone and everything BUT the ones who are accountable?

Am I overthinking this, while sitting on a toilet...?

But, nobody was talking about the US tho, where they...

Like I see what you're saying and all. But that doesn't make the UAE less of a bad thing. Also this meme is funny.

It's a reference to 1 guy 1 jar.

A shock video of a man inserting an empty glass jar in his rear end, the glass doesn't hold up.

Pretty sure I couldn't get it any better in terms of country.

[–] Luminocta@lemm.ee 7 points 11 months ago

Difficult to realize. I'm from the Netherlands... one of the most bike friendly countries in the world. Even here that won't happen.

Cars are essential where I'm from, an e bike will get you killed. But good for you

It's been better, but my father was in ICU for 2 whole months because of a operation that didn't go too well.

It cost a lot of money, but he had to pay like 2.5k for it. I believe the whole ordeal cost upward of a 100k. This was last summer.

He's been in a wheelchair most of his life because of a fractured nek. he uses it with his arms, but has electic assist. No cost. And drives a special van with an lift that cost 110k back in 2011. He only had to pay part of the van itself, a regular VW transporter. The whole special system made just for him to get in, out and drive with only his arms was paid by insurance. I can go on just about him lol. He wasn't lucky in life but at least he was lucky about being born Dutch.
