And one unusually eloquent zombie who apparently showed up one day and refuses to explain himself to anyone.

But I audibly laughed. Brilliant. Thank you for this.

Yeah... Withers just outright refusing to elaborate is the best. I expected at least some hand waving joke or something not just "No."

True, but have you considered that maybe he loves the madness? 🤣 Better than that bitch Khaga gunning for his position

Oh Khaga, you vapid bitch.

I love this game though. I have over 400 hours in it so far and I only just found the note to Khaga that proves she was working with the Shadow Druids. This playthrough I'm gonna be grabbing it and giving it to daddy to see if it makes any difference.

That’s awesome! I mean, it makes sense given her disposition. It’s so full of awesome details both small and large. So good

Awww they left out the lantern screaming threats and curses for being stuck in a lantern.

I wish there was a Githyanki in my camp. All I found of her was an open cage and a couple of dead tieflings.

Wait that can happen?

Does it happen if you rest too often? Or is it triggered by getting to the grove or something like that before stumbling over her?

Idk what triggers it, maybe getting to the grove. I went a different way by jumping over some fire, so I had already done the fight at the grove, and made it to the goblin camp with just Shadowheart. But every fight was so hard that I took to the internet and discovered I was supposed to meet her and Astarion. I went back and Astarion was there, but she was gone. Now I finally met Karlach and Wyll too, but defeated the entire goblin camp first, and failed the fight at Grimforge before finding them. I've made it all the way to level 6 without a tank.

I mean it's not as if the game has an aggro mechanic - right now at the beginning of act 3 my bard is the character with the highest AC in my party (Karlach, Shadowheart and Astarion) - I feel as if debuffing or just sniping away enemies is much more important than high health and heavy armor

It's good to know that there's no aggro mechanism, but the enemies do tend to attack whoever is closest to them, except for rangers and wizards, who seem to always target my wizard. I used Shadowheart as my pseudo tank until I found Karlach, and now I try to get her to absorb as much of the damage as possible, since Shadowheart has a helmet that heals her when she heals someone else. Her heals aren't very strong, but they definitely determine the outcome of some fights. What I've missed most is the charge that Githyanki girl had, and someone to wear heavy armor. I didn't craft the splint mail at the forge since I have no idea if I'll ever have someone to wear it. Instead I crafted the medium armor and gave it to Karlach, and the shield for Shadowheart. But as soon as I got to act two I found a vendor shield that was just as good, or possibly better. Oh well! It's still an amazing game.
