This comic follows on from the Previous comic which will almost certainly provide context.

You can follow this comic series from the start Here. Make sure to start at the bottom (oldest comic) and work upwards.

The chronurgy wizard in our group met a former research partner of his, who had gone mad after seeing both the beginning and end of time. He offered to share this knowledge with the wizard if he killed the rest of us. The session ended there though since wizard needed to leave.

The wizard joining up with his former partner turned out to be a smooth way for the wizard player to bow out of the campaign though, so it's not all bad.

Hear ye, hear ye! Tales From the Tables is back with episode 45: You Must Live On!

Angela learns an important spell from Aribeth before finally making it back among the living.

Whew... sorry I'm late, I was aiming for yesterday... But between being sick, and a huge 1600km (each way) trip to hang out with the ForeverDM and our D&D clique for Thanksgiving, I've only managed to wrap it a day late.

Hope y'all are enjoying the story so far! There's SO MUCH more ahead.

As for what it is that Aribeth taught Angie, it's a flavored, Angie specific version of this ForeverDM spell. :)

Should you wish to find the rest, it's all here :)

All these people make references to pop stuff with their characters, exasperating their DM. Not good enough. My plan is to make the DM accidentally make a pop culture reference.

Some people suggested that breaking up tall comics into two images within the post body would help readability in their client, so here's that.

We're over the exposition hump now, so hopefully following comics will have smaller/fewer speech bubbles.
