I've worked for very large organizations (30k+ employees) that didn't use crappy paper.
All depends on the company.
A "Showerthought" is a simple term used to describe the thoughts that pop into your head while you're doing everyday things like taking a shower, driving, or just daydreaming. A showerthought should offer a unique perspective on an ordinary part of life.

I haven't worked anywhere that does this since about 1995.
I use that stuff at home because we have old pipes and a bidet. Only need the TP to dry off anyway.
I used to work field service. I would drive all around and fix machines. If i used the customers restroom, and they had single ply TP, or the auto-magic paper towel dispensor spit out 6 inches, i knew that company was a bad place to work.
Seems like a hanlons razor kind of thing
I never watched Battlestar Galactica.
Maybe this also ..
Lol, did you google that wrong and get the BSG episode titled "Razor" ?
Hanlon was an exceptionally clumsy Gold who had a habit of murdering lowColors with his razor by mistake.
If the office doesn't have a bidet I'm not going!

my previous job, years ago. the receptionist did the supplies buying.. she was no dummy. got the good stuff for 'her' restroom--the one she and us peons used. boss was prohibited from entry, as he had his own nobody else would dare use after his building-clearing toxic dumps. i'll say one thing. he was regular af, every fucking day 2pm. it was time to take a break and clear the area.
a bidet a better investment
Edit: A sports water bottle can provide a strong stream of water. That's all I going to say
You should also say that you can buy a small cap sized bidet for that water bottle to bring in your pocket for inconspicuous use
Well, that's something I learned today, didn't know these were a thing.
It’s a thing for the hiker crowd. Weighs less than bringing TP
Unpopular opinion: I prefer single ply.
My old roommate loved single ply. He thought the soft thicker paper was not worth it.
