https://www.cafedvd.com/ does rent-by-mail too. Issue for me is that they're also West Coast, so any request/rental takes a good week to get to the East Coast.

Anybody know any place doing this out East?

Hopefully it puts them on a good enough financial footing that they don't have to send out regular fundraising emails anymore.
