Everyone has different struggles, for you one of those struggles is going to be your genetics which means you can't eat and exercise the same as your peers. You have to do better. That means cut out the ultraprocessed stuff and limit the amount you eat at restaurants. When you cook for yourself be careful of how much butter oil or sugar and salt you're adding to your food. But you know this already.

If you've done a keto diet you have the willpower to make the necessary lifestyle changes. Don't let a temporary setback be permanent. Good luck!

That said Google glass (2014)and this are about 10y apart in technology advances.

They wasted tax dollars and a lot of time, knowing from the start it was BS.

I do believe there were fan attempts but they never gained quite enough traction.

I've done some karate, wu shu(gong/Kung fu), and Tai chi. Thankfully, my instructors never got into the BS of chi or Feng shui.

I do think doing the physical work without accompanying mental work is missing out on some stuff though. Your physical status goes along with mental status and vice versa. Whether you choose to perceive that as chi, chakras, or just plain mental control(what I choose) is up to you.

They are fellow rich people. Losing a few billion of a trillion dollar family when you're also rich is whatever. They'll build it back in a month or less, the Saudi wealth fund is just that large. Twitter probably modified the algorithm to favor certain MBS takes and downplay things they've done which probably counts as worth it enough for them. Same reason they do sportswashing. Making the money off it is just a bonus to preventing western sanctions or interference because of citizen pressure.

They've had inhalable flu vaccines for a bit though limited in terms of availability. The shot is a fair bit cheaper though so be interesting to see whether this is cheap enough in the current antiscience environment to stick (haha) around. Even if this works for flu we are still going to be getting covid boosters via a needle for a number of years at least.

Light makeup makes her look as confident as I wish she could be at baseline. She has a lot to be confident about but has horrendous self-confidence(relatively speaking). We're all a work in progress though.
