They could have worded it differently, but they didn't. It doesn't ask, it doesn't have any confirmation or agreement language. It literally just says 'do not share anything about the game with anyone' with an 'ok' prompt.

When you say 'are there more instances...' you appear to imply that this case is known clearly to be the left attacking the right.

The pop-up wasn't even an agreement, it just said "don't do it"

Why are you making confidently incorrect statements if you "just don't know". Better that you admit it, but why do it in the first place?

Feels like there's been too many catastrophic accidents to call it functional, maybe that's just me

I don't like reading shitty opinions, sarcasm or not.

It's fun now, but I'm sure it will still be fun when it's 'out' too

Why do you get to decide what I want to see in this community?

I had similar thoughts to what you say here. Then I played the game anyway. I just finished the story last night at ~95 hours and I loved it. Battle changes took some getting used to, but it ended up being quite fun, and still required tactical thinking and planning. You still get to craft up materia combinations, etc.

You can have the ceremony without being ripped off for thousands of dollars on a box nobody will ever see again

I'm just enjoying the game at my own pace. If/when I encounter bugs or issues I'll report them, but it's not like you have to dedicate yourself to it.
