Its got some hefty promises, like having equally strong privacy features as Librewolf.

It doesn't, check yourself.

I think for your use case Signal could be a good alternative, don't listen to what people say, I would rather encourage you doing ylur own research on Signal and other recommendations you might gonna consider.

TL;DR: No.

You won't get hack by only clicking on this link (except if their is a critical exploit in your browser which makes it possible).

It's unable to indentify Brave every time with my personal setup...

I would put WhatsApp in a Work Profile via e.g. Shelter. It's isolates it from the rest of device. I would also avoid putting PII on your profile like your full name, a photo as pfp, your bio, etc.

Beeper Bridge is a bad idea. They are able to see your messages in transmit and you know trust 2 entities instead of one.
