I don't play, but that's probably caused by users with potato connections or extremely high ping being allowed to connect to the server. Pretty common problem with online games.

Two things stick out here. One, it says "known" contact, that's an important distinction. Two, the patient has underlying conditions. I wouldn't say that there is no cause for concern, but this may not be as ominous as it first appears.
